We have a very versatile Gallery space where we plan to put on twelve monthly exhibitions every year. Following in the footsteps of the Here Gallery in Bristol. They have had some incredible shows in the past four years and now we’re looking for more. If you are interested in exhibiting in the Here and now Gallery, please submit a proposal by post or email to: Here and Now Gallery This must be hard copy (ideally) or text file of no more than 3 pages of A4. Page 1 Your full name, address, phone number and email address. We don’t need in depth analysis or over complicated explanations. We just want to know what you want to do and why! Pages 2 & 3 6 – 8 pictures of your work. Don’t just link to your site, it makes it easier for us to assess your proposal if examples are included. |
Things to consider: We are looking for new and exciting ideas, so anything that seems too similar to what’s around wont be considered. Check out our flickr photos and the gallery pages from our brother Gallery, Here in Bristol. If your show contains work for sale then we will take 40% of the price of all work sold. We do this for all work sold in the shop. You must be available to hang and remove your work and return the gallery to its original state after the show. We do not charge to exhibit, however you must be able to meet all costs that you may incur. We do welcome shows from overseas, but you must cover the costs of shipping the work both ways. We will endeavour to give you all the help, support and advice you need to make your show a success!! We look forward to hearing from you! |
